Well, I did it- I voted! Voted at the Tobin Library on Saturday night after work. I went at a good time-wasn't too crowded. I almost forgot about the City Council terms limits issue- had to think about that one .

Colin Powell has endorsed Obama- that is huge news! Also, the Chicago Tribune- a very conservative newspaper that has never endorsed a Democrat- endorsed Obama.

Well, I thought the third debate went a little better- although they did repeat a lot of the same answers. If I hear that-"You want to take a hatchet to the budget and it needs a scalpel" comment again- aargh! I'll bet poor Joe the Plumber is sorry he ever spoke to Obama.

Well, Wednesday night is the final Presidential debate. The debate will be moderated by Bob Schieffer of CBS. Hopefully he will do a better job than Jim Lehrer and Tom Brokaw- neither of them seemed to ever be in control. This election is so important- I hope people can get past all the negative campaigning and look at what is at stake and vote for the candidate that they feel is most qualified.
